Spinnessa (Spindrift + Nessa)

Spinnessa is an incredibly shy Spindrift who tends to be polite, but also a pushover. Unlike most Spindrifts she is themed after a water lily rather than a daisy in order to emphasize her passive nature.

Overworld: Spinnesa's flower spins, causing a gust of wind to lift mario across large gaps.

Moves:
>Sky Dive: Attacks enemy with attack from the sky
>Whisk Away: Blows enemies out of the battle
>Teasy Breeze: Grants multiple turns of dodgy status if succesful
>Tweester: Attacks one enemy with many small blows
